The series of briefs provides national data on residential as well as home and community-based Medicaid services through 2022.

The comments supported the proposed expansions of both programs and requested additional amendments to add aide titles and current students to the CPT Program.

The law, enacted as part of the 2024-25 State Budget, requires employers to provide 20 hours of paid prenatal personal leave during any 52-week calendar period for health care services during pregnancy, including physical examinations, medical procedures, monitoring and testing, and discussions with a health care provider related to the pregnancy.

The webinar for nursing homes and home and community-based settings, including ALPs, will be held on Wed., Dec. 11^th from 12-1 p.m. ET.
