The enrollment cap is affecting both participants and providers. 

The NYS Medicaid Director announced off-cycle revalidations for existing Medicaid providers through a new Provider Services Portal and six-month moratorium on Medicaid provider enrollment for LHCSAs, SADCs, MLTC plans, and PACE programs. A webinar on the new portal will be held on Aug. 6^th.

A USCIS update on the TPS webpage announced the termination of Haiti TPS effective July 27^th. Members are encouraged to consult with their attorneys and HR professionals, due to lack of clarity in federal guidance.

The rule is generally adopted as proposed with a 2.3% increase.

The deadline is Aug. 31, 2026.

Federal approval of last year's increase will enable payment of the federal share of funding; the State share was distributed in March.
