Citing enthusiasm and overwhelming responses from survey participants, the NYS MPA team has extended the survey period through Feb. 29, 2024.

The NYS MPA team has announced two new Town Hall events in NYC on Jan. 9^th and Jan. 10^th.

MPA team seeks input from general public on their long term care needs and preferences; members are encouraged to share with individuals they serve.

The next MPA Town Hall public engagement event will be held in NYC (Harlem) on Wed., Dec. 6^th at the ARC A. Philip Randolph Senior Center.

Registration information is now available for Utica and Harlem community members to learn more about and share their thoughts on the State’s Master Plan for Aging.

Register now for the Johnson City (Binghamton) or Utica Listening Session, and be sure to share the MPA survey widely among staff, residents and their families, and the community.

The association's comments focus on the need for a significant investment of public funds in long term care in order to enable New Yorkers to age in their preferred place and optimize their physical and mental health.
