Prepare for the FY18 Notice of Funding Availability for HUD Section 202 funding and gain insight about how to apply for New York's Senior Housing Program.

The new guidance applies to HUD assisted and insured properties with flat roofs and becomes effective on Aug. 20^th.

The Notices, released on July 3^rd, outline changes to the RAD program and the implementation of FY 2018 Appropriations Act provisions.

HUD is expected to publish guidelines for "RAD for PRAC" this fall as a new chapter of the current RAD Notice.

The deadline for applications is July 30, 2018.

HUD is seeking input from industry participants and stakeholders, including Section 202 project owners, on how you have been thinking and planning for conversions and what issues HUD should consider when developing conversion program requirements for Section 202 PRACs.

The Notice of Funding Availability was posted on April 10, 2018, and applications are due June 12, 2018.
