2018 Income Limits Now Available
On Fri., March 30th, the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) released the 2018 income limits. They may be found here. For HUD’s multifamily programs, the 2018 income limits became effective on April 1st. The income limits for HUD’s tax credit programs are available here and must be implemented on the effective date or no more than 45 days from the published date. This year, that means that the new income limits for tax credit programs must be implemented no later than May 16, 2018. (Please note that this delayed implementation period is not applicable to HUD’s multifamily programs.)
