Nursing Homes: Assessment Reconciliation Requests Due by April 14th

We remind nursing home members that any 2022 Cash Receipts Assessment (CRA) reconciliation correction requests should be submitted to the Department of Health (DOH) within 30 days of the Dear Administrator Letter (DAL) announcing the reconciliation. The request should be made on the form included with the DAL and emailed to NFRATES@health.ny.gov. DOH posted the calculations behind the 2022 CRA payment reconciliation in the “Cash Receipts Assessments” section of the DOH Medicaid reimbursement page here. The associated DAL is available here.
