NHTD/TBI Waiver Update DOH has received approval from CMS to extend the compliance date for conflict of interest implementation for the NHTD and TBI Waivers from Nov. 11, 2023 to March 1, 2024. In addition, NHTD and TBI Waiver rates have been rebased and, upon approval by CMS, will be effective March 1, 2024, providing significant increases.
