DOH has asked associations to provide questions on the Medical Aid in Dying law for purposes of an FAQ resource.

Under the current definition, individuals aged 65 and older are considered up to date for COVID-19 vaccination if they have received two doses of the 2025-2026 vaccine or one dose within the past six months, and individuals under age 65 are considered up to date with one dose of the 2025-2026 vaccine.
