DOH Seeks Feedback on PACE Value-Based Payment Quality Measures

The Department of Health (DOH) has released a proposed set of quality measures to be used in value-based payment (VBP) arrangements by Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). It is seeking feedback on the proposed measure set by Jan. 19th. The Department has previously solicited comments on draft Medicaid Advantage Plus (MAP) and Fully Integrated Duals Advantage (FIDA) VBP measure sets. The Department recently announced that it intends to transition contracts between integrated Medicare/Medicaid managed long term care (MLTC) plans and network providers by April 1, 2018. The Department's "questions and answers" regarding MLTC VBP are available here.

Comments on the measure sets may be submitted directly to the Department here, and LeadingAge NY members may submit feedback here for inclusion in the association's comments to the Department.
