Employee Leave Management Services

Pinnacle Human Resources Consulting offers a leave management platform to support member organizations with the challenge of managing employee leaves.  The program provides an experienced case manager to assist with compliance of leave programs brought on by COVID-19 as well as other required paid leave, FMLA, disability leave, etc.  The case manager follows the employee through the leave process and supplies all the necessary paperwork and notices, thus reducing HR time spent on managing employees leaves.

Program Details:

  • Each client will have a dedicated Case Manager
  • The Case Manager is full service- assisting with claims and employees on leave
  • Paperwork is dramatically reduced
  • Confidential information and PHI is no longer held at your premises.  It is contained in our HIPAA compliant software system.
  • The Case Manager follows the employees throughout leaves- reducing time out of work
  • The system is compliant in all US states and updated with COVID-19 coding requirements
  • The program works in conjunction with Occupational Health and Legal Advisors.  We can work with our providers or our network.
  • The program offers HR support services- revising leave policies, answers to employees questions, etc.
  • Generally costs less than the FTE equivalent to administer leaves.
