The DAL maintains masking requirements in all DOH-regulated health care facilities for personnel and visitors age 2 and older, regardless of vaccination status. It also requires active screening at entry. It follows CDC guidance regarding work restrictions and does not require exclusion of asymptomatic personnel who are exposed to COVID-19.

Update to previously issued guidance directs plans, including MLTC plans, to continue to conduct periodic reassessments until instructed otherwise.

Feb. 4^th guidance for nursing homes, ACFs, home care, hospice, diagnostic and treatment centers, and other health care providers supersedes Jan. 4^th return to work guidance and aligns with CDC guidance.
