Webinar on Improving Communication

Partners in Caregiving (PIC) is a cooperative communication program for nursing home staff and residents' family members to improve the quality of care for nursing home residents. Developed by a team of researchers at Cornell University, the program includes free manuals, a video, and all materials needed to deliver the program within your organization.
