New CMS memorandum QSO-21-02-NH reminds nursing homes of their responsibility to assist residents in exercising their right to vote. LeadingAge NY members are also advised that any voting assistance provided to residents and patients should be coordinated with their local boards of elections in order to ensure compliance with election laws.
