Non-Compliance Letters for FY 2022 Annual Payment Update
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) notified skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) that were determined to be out of compliance with the Quality Reporting Program (QRP) threshold for reporting requirements on July 14th. These notifications can be found in facilities’ Certification and Survey Provider Enhanced Reports (CASPER) folders in the Quality Improvement and Evaluation System (QIES). Only facilities that are out of compliance were notified. If you received a notice of non-compliance, there is an opportunity to request a reconsideration. You should submit your request via email to CMS by no later than 11:59 p.m. on Fri., Aug. 13th. Instructions are located in the notification letter and also can be accessed here.
