On 09/13/2023, the Department will host a Quality Assurance Process Improvement webinar provided by IPRO as the Quality Improvement Organization (QIO). At this September 13 webinar, the QIO will outline the contents of a valuable quality assurance process to assist in quality sustainability and ongoing process improvements.
