CMS Publishes New Web-Based Training for MDS Section N: Medications – Drug Regimen Review

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has released a new training course regarding coding the Minimum Data Set (MDS) Section N: Medications – Drug Regimen Review. The course is intended as an overview of the assessment and coding process for the cross-setting quality measure Drug Regimen Review Conducted with Follow-Up for Identified Issues.
