Timely Billing Webinar
Members should be aware that eMedNY will host a timely billing webinar on Fri., Aug. 17th at 10 am. On Thurs., Aug. 9th, the Bureau of Medical Review, Pended Claims Unit will host the first timely billing webinar. The webinars are intended to address timely filing edits and procedures. Both webinars will specifically address the use of adjustments versus voids in claims corrections, the use of delay reason codes, and specific instances where delay reason codes are not needed for claims processing. Due to popular demand, the Aug. 9th webinar is full and will no longer accept new registrants. The Aug. 17th timely billing webinar is still allowing registrations, but space is limited to 1,500 attendees. To register for the timely billing webinar, click here.
