NGS Offers Medicare Learning Extravaganza
The National Government Services (NGS) Provider Outreach and Education Team is holding a virtual conference on Nov. 6th and 7th. NGS is the Medicare Administrative Contractor (MAC) responsible for the region that covers New York State. This two-full-day virtual conference will offer a variety of Part A and Part B educational sessions via webinar. There is no charge, and participants may register for as many or as few of the 25 sessions as they would like.
Each session will begin with a presentation, after which staff will address participant questions. Topics will range from Medicare telehealth to the Patient-Driven Payment Model (PDPM) to outpatient therapy and from secondary payer issues to appeals to Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) audits to revalidation.
