LeadingAge National to Discuss SNF PPS Rule

The April LeadingAge National Nursing Home Network call will focus on the proposed Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Prospective Payment System (PPS) rule. The SNF PPS rule is the vehicle that the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) uses to set Medicare Part A rates and to update the SNF Value-Based Purchasing (VBP) and Quality Reporting Programs (QRP). An overview of the proposal is available here.

The Nursing Home Network calls are hosted by LeadingAge National staff and are limited to members participating in the Network. Each call features a brief presentation and questions and answers (Q&A) with a guest speaker on current hot topics of interest to nursing homes. The guest speaker is followed by policy updates from LeadingAge National policy experts, with the rest of the call devoted to provider member discussion and interaction.

The call is scheduled for Wed., April 24th at 2 p.m. Provider members who are not yet members of the Network can sign up here.
