CMS Resource Aimed at Outpatient Therapy Providers

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) recently updated a resource on regulatory requirements for outpatient therapy providers. The booklet describes common Medicare outpatient rehabilitation therapy services billing errors, discusses how CMS calculates improper payment rates, and describes the necessary documentation to support billing and managing potential overpayments. The booklet can be accessed here.
