Year End Global Cap Update

The state's Medicaid spending ended the 2016-17 State Fiscal Year (SFY) $8 million under Global Spending Cap projections. The Department of Health (DOH) provided a report on the 2016-17 Medicaid Global Cap along with a high-level walk-through of Medicaid-related provisions in the enacted 2017-18 State Budget during a webinar last week.
