Regional CFO Council Meetings and 2016 Budget Guidance
LeadingAge NY Regional CFO Council meetings will focus on the 2016 Medicaid rates and related managed care and accounting issues.
In keeping with LeadingAge New York tradition, our Nov.-Dec. round of Regional CFO Council meetings will focus on the coming year’s Medicaid rate.
Of course, the transition to managed care continues and we will be to providing members with information on the latest developments, along with any last minute budgeting tips for 2016.

Nov. 17th from 10 a.m. to Noon at the Genesee County Nursing Home in Batavia with guest presenters from Freed, Maxick and Battaglia, CPAs;
Nov. 19th from 1 to 3 p.m. at The Wartburg in Mt. Vernon with guest presenters from Loeb and Troper, LLP;
Nov. 20th from 10 a.m. to Noon at the LeadingAge NY offices in Latham with guest presenters from O’Connor Davies PKF, CPAs; and
Dec. 1st from 10 a.m. to Noon at the Center at St. Camillus in Syracuse with guest presenters from Freed, Maxick and Battaglia, CPAs.
In addition to our great guest presenters, LeadingAge NY staff will highlight our LeadingAge New York nursing home budgeting guidance document, which has been updated to reflect the latest developments and is available now. As in past few years, we are providing the annual budgeting memo in slide format to make it easier for members to wade through the myriad of Medicare and Medicaid issues.
CE Credits - As always, these sessions are approved for 2 hours of CE credit for both nursing home administrators and CPAs.
