Nursing Home Members: Be Sure to Take Final Step in CMI Process
The Department of Health (DOH) reports that all but a handful of nursing homes completed the Minimum Data Set (MDS) review process by the March 25th deadline. The Department has reached out to pending facilities with the request that they complete the process as quickly as possible. All homes need to finalize the process by submitting the signed, notarized certification document by email to MDSBRHCR@health.ny.gov no later than April 1, 2022.
