Nursing Home Cost Report Due Aug. 8th
After two extensions, LeadingAge NY would like to make sure that members file their 2021 Medicaid Residential Health Care Facility (RHCF) Cost Reports by the Aug. 8th due date. The report along with certifications and any related party financial reports are all now due next Mon., Aug. 8th. The original due date of July 11th had been extended to July 25th and then further extended to Aug. 8th. With the extensions, it becomes less likely that the Department of Health (DOH) will offer further flexibilities, so we urge members who have not yet filed to do so by the established date and to contact us or DOH should you have concerns about meeting the deadline. Operator certification access and permissions should be in place to prevent any last-minute delays.
