Executive Order 38 Reporting Date Approaching
Covered providers who receive state funds or state-authorized payments must submit an Executive Order #38 Disclosure Form with information on administrative expenses and executive compensation no later than 180 days after the close of their covered reporting period, which for most members is the calendar year.
Although the 180-day filing deadline is June 29, 2017, for the 2016 calendar year, for providers that are required by the state to file a cost report, the EO#38 due date is June 29th or the due date of the cost report, whichever is later.
Please note that the EO#38 filing must be done through the NYS Grants Gateway, which requires those making the submission to have registered for a Grants Gateway account.
