DOH Processes 2022 Nursing Home Rate Appeals

The Department of Health (DOH) has processed a number of 2022 nursing home rate appeals that will be reflected in Medicaid payment cycle 2399 (Aug. 30 check release date).  Affected members should have received notification from the Department that updated rate sheets and calculations have been posted to the HCS.  Any further appeals to these rates must be filed within 30 days of Aug 3, 2023.  The associated Dear Administrator Letter is available here.
