Reminder: Healthcare Personnel Influenza Vaccination Report Due June 1st

Members are reminded that the Healthcare Personnel (HCP) Influenza Vaccination Report must be electronically submitted to the Department of Health (DOH) by June 1, 2022. This year's report covers HCP employed by or affiliated with facilities or agencies from Oct. 1, 2021 through March 31, 2022. The report may be accessed on the Health Electronic Response Data System (HERDS).
