DOH has expanded the functionality of the NYS Electronic Certificate of Need system to enable electronic submission and review of project modification documents.

DOH issued a new DAL to nursing homes clarifying the requirements applicable to transfers and discharges and the associated documentation and notices.

DOH published a reminder for nursing homes regarding the responsible party for vaccine payment for Medicaid beneficiaries living in nursing homes who are not also covered by Medicare.
