IPRO to Present Webinar on Nursing Home Naloxone Policy and Procedure Toolkit

The IPRO Quality Innovation Network-Quality Improvement Organization (QIN-QIO) will host a webinar regarding its Nursing Home Naloxone Policy and Procedure Toolkit on Wed., March 1, 2023 from 12 to 1 p.m.

The learning objectives of the webinar will include the following:

• Provide an overview of the Nursing Home Naloxone Policy and Procedure Toolkit;
• Review policies and procedures that can be implemented and revised to meet the needs of a facility; and
• Promote preparedness by incorporating naloxone as a life-saving drug and assuring its availability.

The speakers will be Anne Myrka, RPh, MAT, CPHQ, Senior Director, Drug Safety and Chronic Disease Management, IPRO, and Rob Accetta, RPh, BCGP, FASCP, Senior Pharmacist, IPRO / Member, Board of Directors, American Society of Consultant Pharmacists (ASCP) Region A, 2020-2023.
