Final Meeting of State LTC Planning Group to Be Held Oct. 25th
The Department of Health (DOH) and New York State Office for the Aging (NYSOFA) have announced that the final meeting of the Long Term Care Planning Project (LTCPP) will be held on Fri., Oct. 25, 2019 in Meeting Room 6 on the Concourse of the Empire State Plaza in Albany. The meeting will begin at 10 a.m. and feature a number of speakers discussing select programs and alternative ways the State should consider financing public programs. The LTCPP is comprised of state, private, and not-for-profit leaders examining the LTC system and the projected needs of aging New Yorkers. LeadingAge NY and several of our members participate in this initiative, which involves a series of five meetings over the course of 2019.
