DOH Extends E-Prescribing Waiver

In response to LeadingAge NY advocacy, the Commissioner of Health has extended the current waiver from electronic prescribing for practitioners issuing prescriptions for patients in nursing homes and residential health care facilities (RHCFs) by 12 months to Oct. 31, 2019.
