DOH Repeals EO-38 Limits on Administrative Expenses and Executive Compensation DOH repealed the regulations implementing EO-38, which limited State-funded administrative costs and executive compensation. As a result, providers are no longer subject to the limits or required to file EO-38 disclosures.

DOH Clarifies Posting Requirements for Resident Rights Translations According to an email from DOH staff, nursing homes are not required to post all 10 translations of the Resident Rights. Nursing homes should, instead, post the Resident Rights statement in English and the translations in the languages spoken by their residents, to the extent that those languages are in the top 10 identified by DOH.
