VBP Bootcamp 2.0 Coming to Rochester
Those wishing to attend the all-day Value Based Payment (VBP) Bootcamp in Rochester on Nov. 3rd may register for it here until Oct. 27th. Registration for upcoming Bootcamps in New York City (Oct. 18th) and Lake Placid (Oct. 23rd) has closed. Registration for the last session on Long Island (Uniondale) on Nov. 15th is not yet available.
The Rochester event will take place at the Radisson Hotel Rochester Riverside (120 East Main Street, Rochester, NY 14604) from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. The day schedule is available here, and the description of classes is here.
VBP Bootcamps are a regional learning series created by the Department of Health (DOH) with the goal of equipping VBP contractors and interested parties such as Managed Care Organizations, Providers, Associations, and Community Based Organizations with the knowledge necessary to implement payment reform. The day-long VBP Bootcamp is designed to be an interactive training session that will give participants a thorough understanding of VBP.
