Partial Capitation MLTC Rates Set for Payment
The Department of Health (DOH) has notified Partially Capitated Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) plans that Medicaid rate adjustments retroactive to April 1, 2019 have been sent for payment and will be included in Medicaid payment cycle 2203. The check release date is Nov. 27th. Plans should have received rate sheets associated with these rates in late July. April 2019 draft rates for Programs of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) remain in executive review and have not yet been distributed.
July 2019 rates that are scheduled to reflect risk scores calculated using a new risk model as well as several changes enacted as part of the 2019-20 State Budget remain under executive and legal review.
