MLTC Rate Adjustments Coming in Mid-May
Revisions to draft April and July 2017 Partially Capitated Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) plan rates have been processed by eMedNY and will be reflected in Medicaid payment cycle 2123, with a check date of April 30th. The check release date is May 16th. Plans were notified of these rates in February 2018. Mid-year updates are meant to update risk scores due to plan service area reductions and reflect more current nursing home enrollee counts when necessary.
