MLTC Minimum Wage Reconciliation Posted

The Department of Health (DOH) has released the Supplemental Minimum Wage Reconciliation Cost Report (MWRCR) for the State Fiscal Year (SFY) 2019-20 period. The MWRCR is on a different platform than regular cost reports and can be accessed at www.hcrapools.org. CEOs and CFOs should already have accounts created from the SFY 2017-18 and SFY 2018-19 report submissions.

The reports are due on Jan. 4, 2021 and will be used to calculate the final minimum wage reconciliation for the final SFY 2019-20 rates for all Medicaid Managed Care programs.

To access the SFY 2019-20 MWRCR:

Navigate to www.hcrapools.org

Select “Managed Care Organizations” from the option menu on the left side.

Select “Log In To MCO Dashboard” from the option menu on the left side.

If you are having trouble logging in, select “User ID and Password Options” from the option menu on the left side.

If you have questions regarding the content of the report, please email DOH at mltcrsmw@health.ny.gov and reference “2019-20 MWRCR” in the subject line of your email.

If you have questions regarding accessing the website or technical issues, please email the Office of Pool Administration at webpools@hcrapools.org and reference “2019-20 MWRCR” in the subject line of your email.

Additionally, DOH has announced that the 2018 Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) Quality Pool payment adjustments will be in Medicaid payment cycle 2258 (check date of Nov. 30th, released on Dec. 16th).
