Due Date for Mitigation Pool Data
To ensure that Managed Long Term Care (MLTC) plans have sufficient time to receive nursing home claims related to State Fiscal Year 2016-17 and submit them to the state as encounter data, the Department of Health (DOH) has extended the encounter data deadline from June 2nd to July 21st. Plans now have until July 21, 2017 to submit nursing home encounter data for SFY 2016-17 for it to be included when the state calculates Nursing Home Price Mitigation Pool amounts.
