Medicaid Off-Cycle Revalidation Processes, Provider Enrollment Moratorium Announced The NYS Medicaid Director announced off-cycle revalidations for existing Medicaid providers through a new Provider Services Portal and six-month moratorium on Medicaid provider enrollment for LHCSAs, SADCs, MLTC plans, and PACE programs. A webinar on the new portal will be held on Aug. 6th.
