LeadingAge NY Recommends Revisions to Person-Centered Service Planning Guidelines

Our comments raise concerns about the administrative burdens presented by the draft guidelines that, in several respects, exceed the requirements of federal regulations and the MLTC contract. We also question the expansiveness and ambiguity of conflict of interest requirements that could disrupt care management and provider relationships.
