Watch Now: LeadingAge NSPIRE Training and Reception Featuring HUD Leaders
LeadingAge National has created a new training video available for download by LeadingAge members to review the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development National Standards for Inspection of Real Estate (HUD NSPIRE), which will change inspection standards, scoring, and administrative rules for HUD-assisted multifamily housing providers beginning Oct. 1, 2023.
The new training video is a recording of an event held July 27th, when LeadingAge National and LeadingAge DC partnered to host HUD’s Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) for an in-person training on the new housing inspection protocol under NSPIRE followed by a networking reception at the LeadingAge headquarters in Washington, DC. The event was designed to help HUD-assisted senior housing providers prepare for the upcoming NSPIRE implementation.
