On Fri., June 21st, LeadingAge National’s Colleen Bloom issued the below message regarding a Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) listserv and other REAC updates. HUD’s Real Estate Assessment Center (REAC) has created a NSPIRE subscription mailing list as a way to share updates. HUD will use this a vehicle so subscribers will receive periodic messages about the new inspection model and the demonstration.

HUD’s Real Estate Assessment Office invites you to subscribe to its National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) mailing list. This is an easy way to stay informed.
