Join LeadingAge and Jenny DeSilva, president of DeSilva Housing Group, for the fourth Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act (HOTMA) Implementation Question and Answer (Q&A) session on April 10th at 1 p.m. This call will review discretionary aspects of HOTMA that are key for mission-aligned implementation and tips for resident communication about changes under HOTMA.
LeadingAge advocacy recently resulted in an extension of the interim HOTMA compliance date, moving the deadline for HOTMA-compliant updates to Tenant Selection Plan (TSP) and Enterprise Income Verification (EIV) policies from March 31st to May 31, 2024.
