Registration is now open for LeadingAge’s “HOTMA 2.0: Implementing New Requirements” training, scheduled for Wed., Sept. 13th from 2 to 4 p.m. ET.
This second, more in-depth webinar is free for LeadingAge members and will take a closer look at changing income calculations, deductions, recertifications, and more resulting from the Housing Opportunity Through Modernization Act (HOTMA), which will overhaul administrative requirements for multifamily housing providers assisted by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) beginning in January 2024.
