New RAD for PRAC Resources Available from HUD

The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Recapitalization, which administers the Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) program, has released a new video to help Section 202 Project Rental Assistance Contract (PRAC) owners convert their rental assistance to the Section 8 platform. The new video, “PRACtical RAD Supportive Services,” is intended to help owners understand how to design effective service plans that support the physical and mental health and wellness of residents and how to secure funding for such services.
