HUD to Host Listening Session Series Through Nov. 10th

In order to help the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) better understand how your experiences and expectations as a customer have changed during the COVID-19 pandemic, the agency has announced 10 Customer Experience Listening Sessions to be held from Nov. 2nd until Nov. 10th.

During the live sessions, customers will be invited to provide feedback to a series of questions posed by HUD facilitators through an interactive visualization tool that will aggregate responses live. All responses will be anonymous and non-attributable.
