HUD Releases New NSPIRE Webcast

The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has released a 20-minute National Standards for the Physical Inspection of Real Estate (NSPIRE) overview for public housing agencies (PHAs) and property owners/agents. The webcast presents an introduction to the standards currently under development and reviews the various elements of NSPIRE, the NSPIRE Demonstration and how to participate in it, and the ways that stakeholders can provide feedback and participate in the further development of NSPIRE.
