Housing and Services Resource Center to Review Two Service Coordination Models in Jan. 31st Webinar

The federal Housing and Services Resource Center (HSRC) will host a webinar on Wed., Jan. 31st to review two models of braiding funding streams across sectors to maximize the use of existing resources and broaden access to Service Coordination in affordable housing. Learn more and register here.

Service Coordination is critical for independent aging, as it connects older adults to services and supports in the community. The HSRC was launched in partnership between the U.S. Departments of Health and Human Services (HHS) and Housing and Urban Development (HUD) to help foster cross-sector collaboration in health and housing services.
