Applications for CY 2018 Service Coordinator Grant Extensions Due by Nov. 20, 2017
The deadline for submitting the CY 2018 Service Coordinator Grant Extension Renewal is Nov. 20, 2017, and the required information must be submitted on the same grant application record that was established in GrantSolutions for 2017.
The Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has provided the Application and Submission Instructions and a GrantSolutions QuickSheet for adding documents. If you do not currently have access to your Service Coordinator grant in GrantSolutions, you will also need the GrantSolutions User Account Request Form.
It is extremely important that you meet the Nov. 20th deadline and follow the provided instructions, as HUD has indicated that there will be no extensions to this deadline, and the correct application process must be followed to be considered for receipt of CY 2018 extension funding.
