CCRC Council to Meet May 24th

The Department of Health (DOH) will hold a meeting of the Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC) Council on Tues., May 24th at 10:30 a.m. in Office of General Services (OGS) Meeting Room 5 in the Concourse of the Empire State Plaza in Albany.

The CCRC Council features DOH and State Office for the Aging (SOFA) staff as well as public and resident consumer members representing CCRC stakeholders from across the state. Past meetings have provided the opportunity to explore new service models; hear updates on individual properties and the state of CCRCs at large; and review, clarify, and offer comment on regulatory requirements.

Members can view the meeting webcast here on May 24th. The agenda will be made available here before the meeting.

Public comment will be limited to topics on the agenda and can be made in person or, alternatively, by written correspondence up to 12 hours in advance of the meeting start time via email to CCRC@health.ny.gov.
