Maybe your community needs to replace aging equipment or wants to celebrate staff. The choice will be yours if you win one of the six grand prizes that will be drawn in Value First’s 5-Star Dining Program Sweepstakes. Participating in the drawing is simple:

• LeadingAge members currently utilizing Value First as the primary group purchasing organization (GPO) for their food program will automatically be entered.
• Members who are not currently utilizing Value First as the primary GPO for their food program can enter by submitting this online form, along with one month of food purchase data so Value First can run a cost analysis.

Remember that in order to be fully entered, you must provide Value First with the necessary data for a food Market Basket. Please be sure to follow up with Den Miciletto at dmiciletto@leadingageny.org or 917-370-6518 to confirm that your entry has been properly submitted and is valid. All entries and required data for new members must be received between July 7, 2026 and Dec. 6, 2026.
